Details
Combining a planer and a sander is the ideal solution for efficient wood processing. The planer is primarily used for rough surfacing raw materials, capable of removing up to 3mm in a single pass; however, it does not provide a smooth finish and lacks the superior flatness achieved by a sander. Conversely, a sander removes only 70-80 grit per pass. To achieve a 3mm depth of cut, the material must be sanded 3 to 4 times, making the process relatively slow. Integrating both functions into a single planer-sander unit combines the high material-removal efficiency of a planer with the smooth finishing capabilities of a sander.
- Imported Planer Roller: Features imported thick and soft rollers (or a combination with a sanding frame) to deliver efficient planing and polishing in a single pass, optimizing energy consumption.
- Floating Pressure Boots: Equipped with floating pressure boots to securely hold and process short-length materials without slipping.
- Anti-Kickback Device: Incorporates a cast anti-kickback mechanism to prevent material rebound and protect the workpiece surface during processing.
- Variable-Frequency Drive: The conveyor belt is driven by a variable-frequency helical gear worm reducer, ensuring stable, reliable, and smooth operation.
