Commissioning one machine takes a day. Commissioning a whole door factory is a different kind of work.
First you run every unit on its own. Then you tie them together and find out where the rhythm breaks. A press that is three seconds slow turns into a stack of panels waiting at the edge bander. A gripper that lifts a hair too high turns into a jam two stations down.
So this week was not about machines. It was about chasing seconds.
Then the only test that counts: local boards, local humidity, and the customer's own operators at the buttons. If they can run the line without us standing behind them, it is finished.
Handover signed. Operators trained. Spare parts checked and packed.
That is the part nobody films. And it is the part that decides whether the factory actually produces next Monday.
