Products description:
1) PC control system
Advantage IPC original, Siemens PLC LCD system;
2) Saw carriage driving system with liner guideway
Using servo control and gears & racks drive, the maximum moving speed is up to 120m/min.
The overall frame is integrated to ensure that the work surface is kept on a flat surface to ensure cutting accuracy.
The beam is made of 30mm thick steel plate, weighing 1.1T.
Adopt Taiwan 30 linear guide, which has 5.6 meters and loner service life.
The main frame adopts an annealing technology to ensure that frame is not deformed.
The computer panel saw machine has high efficiency and stable quality.
3) Side aligning device
Linear guide way structure fixes the width side of cutting panel, and the control panels do not move or shake when sawing to ensure width sawing precision.
Pressure can be adjusted according to difference thickness,
Weight and material to ensure the precision of sawing dimension.
4) Saw blades
Two saw blades are installed vertically to ensure the cutting precision of computer panel saw.
The max cutting thickness of 18.5kw+2.2kw sawing motors is 120mm.
5) 10 sets of clamps
Pneumatic holding gripers can give the panel steadily, which highly reduce labor intensity, and greatly improve production efficiency. The minimum holding panel size is 35*35mm.
